I am committed to inspiring life change through wellness. I spend my days mentoring my team of wellness coaches, helping women reach their nutritional and fitness goals. At my core, I believe that women are much stronger and more capable than they believe and by taking simple, daily actions they can change their path in life. I am on a mission to help women find their own STRONG. I have more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and understand how to help someone reach their goals. I am married to my husband Fred who I met in the UW Band. Together we have four kids who keep us busy. Jake, Maddie, Lexie and Elli are helping us to stay focused on our goal of living a great story. Our family is our everything including our three dogs Guinness, Jameson and Barley.
